Sanjay Poonen, SVP, GM of Analytics Business at SAP
Sanjay currently serves as SVP and GM of the Analytics Business at SAP, the world’s largest applications software company. Prior to SAP, Sanjay Poonen served as VP of Line of Business Operations, at Symantec, reporting to the President. Sanjay played a key role in the $13B merger integration of VERITAS and Symantec.
Prior to the merger, Sanjay was VP of Strategic Operations at VERITAS, where he had sales responsibility for over $400MM in revenue from strategic accounts. Prior to VERITAS, Sanjay served as an executive officer of Informatica, first as the VP and GM of the Applications Business Unit and then as the SVP and GM of worldwide marketing. Early in his career, Sanjay also worked Apple and Microsoft.
Sanjay has an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar. He has a Master’s degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University; and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Math/Engineering from Dartmouth College.
Sanjay lives in the bay area with his wife, Kathy, and their 11-month old daughter, Sofia.

Guy Kawasaki is a managing director of Garage Technology Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm and a columnist for Entrepreneur Magazine. Previously, he was an Apple Fellow at Apple Computer, Inc. Guy is the author of eight books including The Art of the Start, Rules for Revolutionaries, How to Drive Your Competition Crazy, Selling the Dream, and The Macintosh Way. He has a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA as well as an honorary doctorate from Babson College.

Nancy Ortberg
Nancy Ortberg served as a Teaching Pastor for 8 years at Willow Creek Community Church in So. Barrington, Illinois. During that time she led the Network ministry, helping people identify their spiritual gifts and find a place of service in the church. She also led Axis, for the 18-20 something generation.
Axis included weekend services of 1200-1500 people in their 20’s who worshipped together, served the poor and participated in small group communities. Nancy is a founding partner of Teamworx2, a consulting firm that works with organizations, helping leaders overcome the team dysfunctions that are obstacles to high performance and work enjoyment. She and her husband John live in the Bay Area and have three children, Laura, Mallory, and John.
